One of the benefits in being a small company is that we can handle problems as they arise instead of one-size-fits-all “solutions.” We strive to make every transaction as smooth as possible and we will do what it takes to make it right.



>To Return Defective or Damaged item(s)


1) Do not sign for delivery if the packaging appears damaged or you suspect the contents are broken.

2) Take photos of the damaged package and/or product.

3) Email us the photos along with your order number and your preferred remediation (exchange, return or repair). We will strive to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.


To Return Undamaged item(s)


1) Retain the original packaging if at all possible.

2) Email us as soon as possible and include your order number to request a return.

3) If a return is granted you will be refunded the full product price after it arrives safely at willo san francisco. Returns in the original packaging is preferred. Alternative packaging is acceptable. Experience shows that shipping with the original packaging has a better chance of arriving intact. If the product is damaged upon receipt, you will be charged up to 50% of the product price depending on the extent of the damage and the repairs needed.


You will be responsible for all return shipping costs, the original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping cost may be more than the original shipping cost. You will be refunded the item cost as displayed on our site if the return arrives within 30 days of receipt and is in perfect condition.


Cancellation Fees

For items that ship in about 1 week, cancellation fees apply if the order is already in transit.

For items that ship in about 12 weeks, cancellation is free within the first 14 days after ordering. Cancellation fees apply after these first 14 days.
